CoreRP Systems Refund Policy

This policy explains when we may provide refunds for digital plans, licenses, and add-ons.

Digital services

  • CoreRP Systems sells digital services for Discord servers: the monthly Basic plan, one-time Lifetime license, and monthly Premium add-on.
  • Access to paid features is usually activated automatically after successful payment through Polar.
  • Because this is a digital service delivered after payment, refunds are not automatic except where required by law or this policy.

Monthly subscriptions

  • Basic and Premium are monthly subscriptions that renew until canceled.
  • You can cancel through Billing in the dashboard or through the Polar customer portal.
  • After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period unless Polar or applicable law provides otherwise.
  • We generally do not refund an already paid period solely because you stopped using the subscription before the period ended.

Lifetime license

  • Lifetime is a one-time digital license tied to the selected Discord server/guild ID.
  • We may review Lifetime refund requests individually, especially if the license was not activated or the service failed due to an issue on our side.
  • If Lifetime is refunded, paid access for that server may be removed or downgraded based on any remaining active plans.

When we may consider a refund

  • Duplicate payment for the same plan on the same server.
  • A technical issue on our side that prevents meaningful use of the purchased plan for an extended period and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.
  • Incorrect billing or another issue where a refund is required by Polar, law, or a separate agreement.
  • We review requests based on account status, service usage, payment date, and the nature of the issue.

When we usually do not refund

  • Change of mind after the digital service has been activated.
  • Forgetting to cancel a monthly subscription when cancellation was available.
  • Violation of our terms, service abuse, or violation of Discord rules.
  • Issues caused by server misconfiguration, missing Discord permissions, or third-party interference when the service itself is working.

How to request a refund

  • Contact us at support@corerp.systems or through our Discord support before filing a chargeback.
  • Include the payment email, Discord server/guild ID, plan name, payment date, and a short description of the issue.
  • We may request additional information to verify server ownership or the payment.
  • If approved, the refund is processed by Polar. The time to receive funds depends on the payment method and bank.

Chargebacks and disputes

  • Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster.
  • If a chargeback or refund is approved, we may immediately remove or downgrade paid access to the service.
  • This page supplements our Terms of Service and does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
