CoreRP Systems Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the website, dashboard, Discord bots, and paid plans.

Acceptance and authority

By using or purchasing the service, you agree to these terms.
You confirm that you are authorized to act for the Discord server or community where you configure the service.
If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.

CoreRP Systems provides digital services: website, dashboard, Discord bots, configuration, modules, and paid plans.
The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and tied to a specific server/guild ID unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The Free plan may have limits. Basic and Lifetime unlock paid base features as described in pricing.
Premium is an add-on. A server must have Basic or Lifetime before the Premium add-on can be activated.

Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as payment provider/Merchant of Record. Polar may handle checkout, taxes, invoices, subscriptions, customer portal access, refunds, and payment disputes.
Prices, currency, taxes, and final amount are shown at checkout. We do not store card numbers or CVC.
Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel through Billing in the dashboard or the Polar customer portal.
When a subscription is canceled, paid access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period unless Polar or applicable law provides otherwise.
Lifetime is a one-time digital license for the selected server/guild ID, not a transfer of software ownership.

Refunds are provided only where required by law, these terms, Polar, or a separate agreement.
Digital services may be delivered immediately after payment. If delivered immediately with your consent, withdrawal rights may be limited under applicable law.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue.

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, harmful content, security circumvention, bot abuse, or violating Discord rules.
Do not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted.
You are responsible for content, settings, and permissions you add to the service or allow on your server.

We try to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, bugs, provider outages, security measures, or third-party actions.
We may change features, limits, or prices. We will give reasonable notice for material changes to paid plans.

CoreRP Systems, software, design, code, branding, and documentation remain owned by us or our licensors.
Content you submit remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, the law, Discord rules, or threaten service security.
You may stop using the service at any time. Canceling a subscription does not guarantee a refund for an already paid period unless law or Polar requires otherwise.

The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or outages caused by third parties unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event, unless mandatory law requires a higher limit.

These terms are governed by Slovak law unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
We will first try to resolve disputes amicably. If that is not possible, courts are determined by applicable law.
