Request dashboard access for another administrator
Ask CoreRP support to add another trusted person to a Discord server's dashboard access.
Before you begin
- You must already be able to open the server in the CoreRP dashboard.
- Confirm the intended person's Discord account and the server they should manage.
- Dashboard access exposes configuration and citizen data, so grant it only to trusted administrators.
Request access
- Select the server in the CoreRP dashboard.
- Open Access.
- Find Need someone added?.

- Select Discord support.
- In the support request, identify the Discord server and the person who should receive dashboard access. Do not send passwords, tokens, ER:LC private-server keys, or other secrets.
- Wait for CoreRP support to confirm the access change.
The person should then sign in to CoreRP with the confirmed Discord account. The server appears on Select a server, where they can choose Edit settings.
Discord server permissions alone do not add CoreRP dashboard access.
