Buy a gun licence

Use the country-specific weapons-licence panel to buy a permanent gun licence for your active character.

Before you begin

Create and select your CoreRP character.
Buy a psychological test certificate. The active character must have the permanent Psychotests item visible in inventory; a confiscated copy does not satisfy the requirement.
Your active character needs a main bank account with enough money for the licence. Check its balance with View your balance and pay another citizen.
An administrator must configure gun-licence prices and publish the Gun License panel.
The selected licence must not already be owned or confiscated.
Use a channel and role allowed by the server's CoreRP command-access rules.

Selecting a licence purchases it immediately. Review the licence and price first.

Open the public Gun licenses panel.
Review the choices for the server's current country. With the California profile, the complete set is:
- CCW — concealed-carry licence.
- FSC — firearm-safety certificate.

Other country profiles provide these buttons:

Select the licence you want. CoreRP checks for a visible, non-confiscated Psychotests item before charging the main account.
Confirm that the private result names the licence and exact price charged. The panel button uses the country-profile abbreviation, such as CCW. The purchased item may display the equivalent full name in your server's selected language.
Run /inventory and confirm that both Psychotests and the purchased licence appear. Both items are permanent.

CoreRP says psychotests are missing — run /inventory for the active character. If no Psychotests item exists, buy it for that character. If it was confiscated, ask a server administrator to restore it.
The licence is already owned or confiscated — use the existing licence, or ask a server administrator to restore it if it was confiscated.
CoreRP reports insufficient funds — compare the current required amount with the main-account balance.
A setup or permission message appears — select the intended character and use a channel and role allowed for the gun-licence feature.
